I just spent 1 hour talking to a customer rep while his dog was barking, bird was chirping, wife was yelling and child was shouting the most unprofessional customer service on the planet. Then we got disconnected while he was going to replace my product. Now I intend to replace both my nest thermostats and all 6 protects with a more reputable company. This working from home is nonsense.
The issue I have is that after I replaced the batteries (used Energizer Ultimate Lithium) the device will not connect back to my network all other devices are connected. Tried reseting the protect restared phone nothing works. If anyone has any idea how to fix this I would appreciate your feedback
