Nest Thermostat display issue

One of my new (just out of the box) nest thermostats has weird lines going through the display screen.  It appears to be something internal and/or a bad devices.  Does anyone have information on this ? @NewGoogleNest @googlenestco

Hi folks,

Thanks for posting and sorry for the delay.

Could you share a photo of what your Nest Thermostat's display looks?

Best,

Mel

Hello there,

I wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

Thanks for assisting, Mel.

Uh oh! We appreciate your effort in sharing the photos of your thermostat's screen, @Mmendes75.  Additional questions: when and where did you buy it? Have you tried restarting it or resetting it to default and seeing if there are any changes?

I'll look forward to your response.

Regards,

Mark

Hi folks,

I'm checking back in — how's it going with your thermostats? Have you tried restarting it? Were there any changes to the way it looked?

Please let me know if that helps, or if the issue still persists.

Regards,

Mark
