Hello, I have recently bought a home where the owner left a Nest learning thermostat. I was installing it, but when I turned it on it was on a screen with a white background and blue home icon. I have tried resetting it to no avail. Has anyone else gone through the same problem or are there any tips I can get? Many thanks.
