Hi, I have had a nest thermostat for 4 years. I haven't touched it since last year. Now when i access my account through ios or a browser i can't get my schedual or controls up. It just says that it is conected. I can find no button to access it. the thermostat in on and working on the actual device. I can log into my acount on bothe devices but nowhere in the setting or controls c an i figure out how to get the controls back. thanks for any tips!

I'm sorry to hear about the issues that you're having when trying to access your Nest thermostat on the Nest app or on the website. I'm sure it's confusing since it's been awhile since you used it, but I'm happy to help.
Verify that you are logged in using the correct email address for your thermostat in the Nest app. If so, check for other available structures where your thermostat might be connected. Check out this guide on how to switch home structures.
