Hi,
I currently have an Vaillant ecotech plus VCW 296 5/5.
I want to connect my google nest thermostat V3 on it.
My current thermostat is connected to the BUS -/+ (blue and brown wire).
How do i connect it to my new google nest?
I connect the N and L from my PCB to the N and L of my heatlink. But how do i connect it in the correct way to control my heating?
Thanks!

Hi @brunod,
Thanks for posting in the community.
I understand you have some questions regarding wiring compatibility for upgrading your current system to a Nest thermostat.
To provide the best advice, we'll need a clear picture of your current wiring setup.
Please share a photo of the wiring behind your current system. Make sure the wires and labels (in case they have it) are visible.
In the meantime, you might find this helpful: Nest Compatibility Checker
This tool can help you determine if your system is compatible with a Nest thermostat based on your current wiring.
Thanks,
Catheryn.

Here is a photo.
Current thermostat was connected to BUS + and -.
I have already connected an N and L to my heatlink.
How do I connect the rest of the thermostat?

Hello @brunod,
Thanks for your reply and the additional information.
Before providing any advice for your current wiring, we also need a picture of the wiring configuration for the old thermostat
Thanks in advance,
Catheryn.
