Nest app - still NOT able to add new guest codes to Nest-Yale lock

The Nest app hasn't been letting me add new guests for months.  I noticed others have posted on here about same issue in 2022.  I tried using web app but still no luck.  Come on Google!  Do I have to replace the whole lock or move to Ring?
