Using the nest google hub nest cam to monitor indoor activity. Is there a way to remove the message from popping up on the screen when someone is viewing the nest cam remotely?

There is not. My guess is that Google Nest may have to display that message due to privacy concerns about monitoring someone without telling them.

Way back in August 2019 Google Nest removed the ability to disable the green status light on Nest cameras due to privacy concerns. Google Nest said then:

"Recently, we shared our commitment to privacy to outline how our products work in your home. As part of that commitment, we explained that you will always see a clear visual indicator when your Nest cameras are on and sending video and audio to Nest..."

My problem is when viewing past recordings, it notifies that the cam is being viewed as if I were viewing Live.
