Can't cast YouTube app to Nest speakers

YouTube app on Pixel 8 Pro. There is only a cast to TV button, not a cast to any Nest device.

Every other app with audio can stream to nest speakers.

Help appreciated.

Thanks for posting in the community. I’m sorry to hear that you can’t cast from the YouTube app to Nest speakers using your Pixel 8 Pro. Don’t worry, help is here.

Currently, Chromecast Audio only supports audio apps, and this does not include YouTube. Therefore, you will not be able to cast YouTube to your speakers. Instead of using YouTube, you can try using YouTube Music.
