I've had Nest cameras in two of my restaurants for about 5 years. All of the sudden all cameras across 2 separate locations stopped working with the exception of the 2 newest cameras that I added 2 or 3 years go. I've tried everything to get them working. I've completely removed them from the app as a last resort and they won't re-install. I've even cancelled my subscription with the idea that I would start completely over. Any help would be appreciated.

Except for some change in your environment (Wi-Fi, which app you are using, transferring 1st gen cameras to the "Public Preview" version of the Google Home app, etc.), I don't think there is any obvious cause to making multiple cameras all fail simultaneously.
Perhaps you should consider contacting Support so they can walk through what's happening in your situation:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
