I have had issues with my Nest Connect. I removed it from the app to reconnect it but that failed. I attempted to factory reset but after the factory reset and trying to reconnect it to the app, I always get an error saying "reset you Nest Connect" "This Nest Connect still has some previous settings on it. To continue, press and hold the button until you see a solid yellow light. NA003(0.20)"
So after numerous failed attempts at factory resets and the Connect failing to remove old settings, is there anything else I can do or is it a total loss and I need to purchase a new one?
