Nest door bell couldn't connect to wifi

I recently moved to the new house, the previous owner left the nest doorbell, camera and thermostat in the house.

I first re-setup the doorbell, reboot the router and reset the doorbell, and then use my google home to connect the doorbell, google home can find my wifi, but my doorbell couldn't connect to my wifi.

I appreciate if someone can help. the doorbell was bought last year.

Thanks a lot!

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. Let's get this sorted out. A few questions: what type of Nest Doorbell are you using? What app did you use to set it up? What is the color of the LED lights during setup?

The LED lights should be pulsing blue during setup and you need to use the appropriate app. Use the Nest app if your are using the wired Nest Hello and the Google Home app if you are using the Nest Doorbell (battery).

You can check the articles below for detailed steps:

Steve
