Nest generation one thermostat and Google home

Can anyone here help explain to me how to remove my nest generation one thermostats from Google home? I have installed my new thermostats and I would like to not see the old ones in the app.

Hi Lak123,

Thanks for posting. I understand that you want to remove your Nest Learning Thermostat 1st Gen from your app. Don't worry, he's here.

Just to let you know, to remove those thermostats, you have to do it on the Nest app. Here is how:

1. Open the Nest app.

2. Select Your Thermostat

3. Look for the Settings gear icon in the top-right corner of the thermostat's screen and tap on it.

4. Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings menu.

5. You should see an option that says "Remove Thermostat."

6. Tap this option.

7. Confirm removal; the app will ask you to confirm your choice. Confirm that you want to remove the device from your Nest account.

You can repeat the same process with all the Nest Learning Thermostats that you need.
