I have had i burglary in my home yesterday. This was recorded on my google nest cam but I can not see it in my google home-app. Somehow you need to re-create the file from where the thief get recorded. The time was between 10:25 (AM) and 13:15 (PM) yesterday (18 august). I know that the camera was recording this, so the videofile is existing but i can not see it. I have tried to call google-help in sweden but they couldn’t help me, they passed me to google team in the united states. I hope this request can help me. Please call me if you need more information. I have all the tecnical information about our camera, like model, unit-id, series number, software version etc.
