Nest hub start sound after 'hey google' not working

I got a new Google nest hub gen 1 yesterday and I can't make it play the chime sound after the 'hey google' both options are selected in accesibility, this is only happening me with the nest hub as I have 3 nest mini and all of them are playing the chime sound correctly

I have followed all instructions described in there, I even made a factory reset and Im still not getting the chime sound, it seems as a bug to me as it is only happening in Nest Hub and not in Home mini or Nest mini

Thanks for reaching out —let's check what's going on with your device.

 

Give these steps a try:

 

  1. Make sure that the mobile device is linked to the same account as the Google Nest or Home device. 
  2. Reboot your Google Nest Hub and router to refresh the connection.
  3. Uninstall and reinstall your Google Home app.
  4. If you're using an iPhone make sure Google Assistant app is also updated.

Hi Azarco, I followed of all the steps you mentioned but is still not working for me, as I said this is only happening in the nest hub other devices are working properly
