My google nest hub is still on a G screen and I have tried to factory reset and recovery mode. I’ve tried all the suggestions listed from others but it is still not working. I need help

I know how it feels when something isn’t working the way it should. Let’s further look into it. A few questions: when did you notice this? Are you still using the official cord that came with your Google Nest Hub? Have you tried plugging it in a different wall outlet?

Hi Alex! Thank you for responding. I noticed it here recently and yes I am using the original cord and have tried multiple outlets without success as well as the other suggestions listed above.
