So, I showed up to my home and froze my ass off. Turns out Nest/Google decided to change my entire schedule, without my permission, and reduced the temperature to "MY HOUSE" to 67 degrees and installed a completely new temperature schedule without my permission. Nest violated my Home by changing my temperature settings, etc. without my permission. I will never purchase any other nest product and have replaced the crappy Nest Thermostat with a dumb thermostat - primarily because screw Google for entering my home and changing what I spent time I can't get back setting up. What's the name of the class action lawsuit Google/Nest?

Supper interesting it's been around 10 minutes and no response from Google.

Again. Nothing from Nest/Google.

Seriously Google/Nest? I know for a fact your support people have seen my posts. Do better.

Just so y'all know, I screen shot all of my posts. Just waiting for a reply.

Wow. Incredible. No response from Google or Nest. I get it, same company. But nothing. Horrible Google.

This is a community forum, so most of the replies are from other customers (of which I am just one). Google Nest Community Specialists do sometimes also offer replies.
We have Google Nest cameras, doorbells, and Nest Hubs, but no thermostats, so I don't know what might have changed your thermostat's schedule. Maybe other Google Nest thermostat customers will chime in.
(We have a conventional programmable thermostat, set during our Minnesota winters to 68 degrees during the day and 63 at night, and we just leave it alone.)

Thanks for the reply MplsCustomer. I understand this is a customer forum and would appreciate any recommendation for something more direct to Google/Nest. Fact is, I have a genetic condition that requires me to take significant blood thinners that mess with my body temp. I had a temp schedule I created appropriate for me but was very surprised to show up to my second home where my temp schedule had been changed without my permission. Effectively, Google/Nest illegally entered my home.

And...noting from Google/Nest. Pay attention folks.

Hi folks,
@nopenest0001, thanks for reaching out — I'm sorry for the trouble this has caused you. It’s never our intention to cause frustration or disappointment. I'd like to take a closer look at it. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? In what country are you located? Checking your thermostat's Energy History will help you see what your thermostat is doing previously.
If you have the Nest Learning Thermostat, please check the Auto Schedule. To make sure that your thermostat will only follow its manual temperature schedule, ensure that the Auto Schedule is off.
You can check out this guide:
Once done, you can edit your schedule back to your preferred temperature schedules, then monitor if the issue persists.
We appreciate your cooperation with this matter.
Please keep us posted.
Thanks for your input, @MplsCustomer.
Regards,
Jenelyn

Google Nest as a whole is utter garbage. This is the expected behavior. Google pushed a forced update to my first gen speaker and it is now bricked. I called Google and they basically told me to buy a new mini. **bleep** Google and everything they are about. The whole ecosystem is utter trash. Customer support is is non-existent.

No need as I have given up on it. It is now in the trash. I'm not about to keep fighting Google everyday for sh*t like this. Unexceptable.
