Nest thermastat 3rd gen not heating

I installed my nest thermastat but there is no heat coming from the vents. Cool setting works but heat doesn’t blow. Followed the instructions but I can’t figure out why the heat isn’t working… heat was working just fine on old thermastat. How can I get the heat to work?
