To better assist you, what device are you setting up? Make sure your devices are within 15-20 feet of your router. Try toggling the Wi-Fi settings on your phone and make sure Bluetooth is enabled. Also, make sure the Local Network Access is enabled for the Google Home app on your phone settings.
