My app tells me I’m away & the temp/weather which is all correct. But it is not showing the actual thermostat w/actual temp or any leaf like usual. All it shows is + add thermostat. I’m usually the one checking on it. I’m not there so can’t do anything such as reconnect. Plus all the paperwork is at that location so???? BUT the same app on my husband’s phone is fine so I know everything is working!
The only thing I think I could do is to possibly have him sign out & me try to sign in again. He’s afraid neither of us may be able to sign in and that would suck. Any suggestions?

@Lisanne, it appears that you are signed in on a different email account, the reason why you can't see your Nest Thermostat in the app. To be sure, please try signing in with other email accounts you might have associated with your thermostat. If you believe you are in, check for any available home structures where it might be connected.
To switch between homes in the Nest app:
Switch homes in the Google Home app.
