Worst customer service ever. Called them because my thermostat won’t heat. Kept asking to verify my account. All I needed was technical assistance but 10 minutes worth of trying to verify me. Who cares who is on the line? Unplugged and boxed it up and sending it back for a refund. Won’t ever buy a google product again
