Google Home not showing Grid Connect under linked service

I've connected the grid connect app to Google home app however it doesn't appear under the linked services in Google Home. I see the devices (lights) that are on grid connect but home says they are offline and can't access them. All are working fine ...

Linked Nest Lights on after power failure

Every time I have a power outage, typically brief, when the power returns Google Home automatically turns on all lights including 3 in my bedroom. I would like to obviously find a way to correct that. Is it possible?
