Linked Nest Lights on after power failure

Every time I have a power outage, typically brief, when the power returns Google Home automatically turns on all lights including 3 in my bedroom. I would like to obviously find a way to correct that. Is it possible?

Thanks for posting. 

By default, light switches are always turned on. You only turn it off by using commands or by controlling the app. In any case that you don't want it to happen every time that you will encounter power outage, you will need to turn it of on its switch manually but will not be able to control using your voice or the app.
