I have just switched internet provider and accidently ended up removing my Nest camera's and doorbell from both the Nest app and Google Home.
I have a Nest Aware account, but I can not re-add my Nest camera's or doorbell and keep on getting this error page when trying to re-establish a connection.
" This Nest Cam Outdoor is connected to another account.
To continue with setup, the camera needs to be removed from its previous account. Ask the previous owner to go to their camera settings and remove it. If you don't know who the previous owner is or still need help, contact Nest Support"
However, the 'other account' is me and I can't access the camera's through the Nest app or Google Home.
I would be really appreciative for any advice on how I can get these Nest products back.
Thank-you in advance

That message is referring to YOUR account; the check performed by Google Nest during the install is not smart enough to check WHICH account.
You'll probably need to do a factory reset on each of your cameras unless you can set the network name (SSID) and password on your new router/modem to the same values used on your old router/modem. This is Google Nest's first recommendation. That's what we did when we got a new Xfinity router/modem a couple of years ago.

Thank-you for the suggestion.
I tried a factory reset without any success. However I tried this which did work - I cancelled my Nest Aware account and set up a new one using a different google account which worked although I do now have two Google Home's.
