I have an existing nest thermostat. I want to invite family members to join my Google Home app so they can regulate the temperature while they are visiting me. Is it necessary for each invited guest to scan the QR code and set up the thermostat? There must be an easier way.
Supposed to be able to invite family members but when I do and they try to access the invitation it says “can’t use this link”. So I’m in the same boat, trying to share with my wife and adult kids.
