The lock keeps going offline. The nest connect is around 4 feet from the lock. I've reset it twice, and it still happens. Any idea what I can try?

Is the router close? Do you use a mesh system? If so, move one of the routers closer

The lock itself doesn’t connect directly to the Wi-Fi network. It uses a bridge like a Nest Connect or a Nest Guard to connect to Wi-Fi. Since your lock gets its internet connection from your Nest Connect or Nest Guard, let’s first check if the connecting product is offline.

I have the Nest Connect, and it's connected to my wifi; I confirmed this several times. The Lock has new batteries and still disconnects. I'm starting to belive that my Nest Connect is faulty.
