New Hue Device Appeared

Hi, does anyone know why all of a sudden I have this

 

new device that's been added automatically showing as Philips Hue alongside my already set up hue lights? I have had my hue lights set up for ages but this just appeared and if I select delete it warns me it will delete all hue lights 🤔
