I recently replaced my Philips Hue Bridge and everything is working correctly through the Hue app. Every time I try to link Philips Hue to Google Home it appears to link and the I get the message “Something has gone wrong, try again”. Not sure what else to do.

Could you try checking if you can unlink your Philips Hue on the Google Home app?

I understand you're getting an error under the Google Home app when linking Philips Hue, the URL portal used to link partners with Google Home is managed by the partners themselves. Whenever we encounter errors with linking a partner like Philips Hue, they should be able to support it as they are expected to support the integration of their products with Google Home.
