Newsmax App NOT holdingpw and user ID on tv app

I have many apps to stream on my tv.  I am a paid member of the stream Newsmax app and have watched Newsmax on google chrome for two years before paying for subscrpition.  Newsmax is the only app on my tv that WILL NOT hold the password and user ID and i have to clear data and log in with both everyday after shutting the tv down at night.  When I contact the useless people at Newsmax that have made 10 million there is no help.  I can reset the google chromecast,  shut down the modem streaming with, this does not help  I am , however, to log daiy on my laptop which I don't want to have to have laptop running in order to view newsmax.  Any suggestions .  Wi Fi is excellent and password for laptop and for tv app on tv is the same .

It sure is frustrating, especially when they can haul in over ten million in two months and can't afford to pay anyone with any technical ability to help their customers out over at Newsmax 😞  don't know about you but all I get is their "app is not useable with google chromecast at this time "  lol lol google chromecast is how I have watched and how I watch after I log in everyday !

I also wanted to say this is the mail for the tech support one does not get from Newsmax  #       When you email them for support they tell you their app doesn't work with google chromecast, yep the google chromecast that one uses all day long after signing in every day ! mobileapps    newsmax dot com will go through to them

using a fire stick, same issue. Newsmax told me it was due to being overwhelmed with new subscribers and is being fixed.  That was a month ago.  I tried every fix and I still have to log in daily.  It’s a Newsmax issue since we all use different venues. Doesn’t happen on my Roku TV.

Yes DET1 newsmax rating 2.3 Gunsmoke & Rifleman Frndly app 3.7 rating, tells me Ruddy needs to leave Newsmax and get a new ceo in there !  1 out of 7 days it will come up without entering pw and user id, otherwise a pain in the butt.  No response from their non tech support .  it is their APP not our streaming devices !

I just wanted to follow up on the google chromecast stream of Newsmax not holding the pw or email and requiring log in everyday.  THIS IS WHAT I HAVE TRIED AND SEEMS TO BE WORKING; instead when you first start to stream DO NOT go to NEWSMAX first, instead open anything on another app and play for a second then go back to apps and click on the NEWSMAX APP and it opens fine without  having to re enter all the sign in information.  This has worked for me for 5 days in a row now, keeping fingers crossed that it may be a solution. Thanks.
