So, my dog chewed through the fiber coming into my home, therefore, no internet to the house. My wifi router is different from my internet modem. Theoretically, all of my google devices should see each other since they are part of the network. That's not what happened. I can't control anything. Is there a way to make Google products work "offline" to control automation? I tried to set up a Chromecast so I could cast to the TV, but home wouldn't see it because it hadn't been set up yet. Very lame, Google. Very lame, indeed.
