Lost connection to our Nest Camera— outdoor, battery type
Followed setup, but when at step of plug in camera, we hear the chime, a white light comes on, but— it never turns blue?? So we have consistently been getting— “something went wrong”—- try again!
Any help from out there?

Thanks for reaching out. Does it show a pulsing white light? If so, your camera is downloading a software update. Check out this link to learn more about Nest camera and doorbell lights and sounds.
