Nobody responds here. Posting is a waste of time

After posting a question and getting no response, I looked at other posts, and the vast majority of them have no response at all, either from others in the community or from Google employees. What's the point?

I've noticed that most feedback is coming from bots/AI with canned feedback. 

Apparently they like to take your money and not add features or fix their products. 

I still can't change the times on my Nest temperature sensors after 2+ years of waiting for a solution after seeing 100's of posts by upset users/ customers on these forums with the AI giving their canned responses.
