Why is Google equipment crap? Their Google Hub only understands your commands half the time, their cameras are rubbish and don’t last more than a year and their thermostats are rubbish putting their heating and hot water on at random times.
Customer service is non existent too.

This is not the experience that we wanted you to have, let me help you out. A few things: for your Nest Hub issue, could you tell us if it’s specific to a certain command or it happens on any command? You can check your Google Assistant activity history by following the steps below.
I understand that you need help with your camera too. Could you tell me more about what happened to it? For your Thermostat concern, it seems like you already have another thread for that. I suggest you wait for the update on that one so we can effectively assist you on your Nest products.
