Notifications only sometimes

I currently changed my Wifi connection 

& no long get notifications regularly 

I receive them every night for 1 hour only

notifications are on / app is updated & so it my phone 

How do i get my regular notifications back

Hi alopez1206,

I'm sorry to hear you're having concerns with your notifications but, would it be okay for us to isolate further? May I know what kind of notifications are these and which devices you're enabling the notification to? Is it through Nest speakers or directly to your phone? If you have Nest speakers or displays then it would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first:

1. Unplug the power cord of your router followed by your Nest speakers. 
2. Plug them back in after 3 minutes tops. 
3. Restarting your phone might also help.

Test it out once the reboot is done and tell me how it goes.
