ONN google tv treaming device (stick) remote not paring.

After taking the batteries out of the remote, it became unpared and now won't pair again even after following all the provided instructions to pair it with the ONN TV stick. The led light on the remote never lights up, almost as if it doesn't work any more, except it was doing so just fine before taking the batteries out. This is a fairly new device.

• Is the streaming device near the cast device?
• What steps have you taken to pair the Google TV streaming?

Thank you for the reply.

There is no cast device, just the streaming device, conected to a none smart tv.

I have linked the device in question in another repli.

I have followed the instructions to pare the remote, which are to press a small button on the stick to actívate de pareing process, followed by pressing two speciffc buttons on the remote for 5 seconds by which time the remote's led light should light up and pare, but this last bit does not happen.
