Ok googles answers are troubling

It feels like the answers to my ok google questions are becoming more and more convoluted.  I tried to ask google what city was bigger, Columbus Ohio or Atlanta Georgia.  Sorry I don't have any information about that.  What city has a bigger population, Columbus Ohio or Atlanta Georgia.  Sorry I don't have any information about. 

Hey google what is the second biggest city in America. Googles Answer: Cities towns villages mentioned on the web include Los Angeles  and NYC, Los Angeles Chicago and Others. 

Type the same question in a google search bar and you get the result Los Angeles and a list of the 100 biggest cities in America. 

Go back and ask google if Los Angeles is the second biggest city in America and you and you get Here is some information from the web New York is the biggest, LA and Chicago are big and Houston and Phoenix are big too.

Hey Google does Alexa answer simple questions? Google reply, On the web site amazon.com they say ask anything extends the ability of Alexa to answer your questions. Do you want a little more context?

So I should replace my google nest hubs and minis with 2 Echo Shows and 4 new Dots.

1. Could you confirm if your Google Home recognized your question correctly? Use the command “Repeat the question” - Note: This repeats the last question the customer asked.
2. Check quality of My Activity audio recording. To check audio recording in My Activity:
    

• Open the Google Home app.
• At the upper-right, tap the account icon.
• Verify that the Google Account on screen is the one linked to the speaker or display. To switch accounts, tap the dropdown arrow > choose another account or Add another account.
• Select My Activity .
  Note: This opens a list of all recent voice commands the customer has given.
• Identify the most recent command that generated a failed response.
• Tap the Play button on the query card (have them play a few) to confirm from My Activity what the speaker or display heard at the time the issue occurred.
