PC to TV Streaming - TV Screen stays Black

So i was trying to mirror my PC Screen to my TV Screen. If i only share a tab in chrome, it shows the full screen. No Peoblems. But if i try to share my complete screen, the TV Screen stays Black until i stop the mirroring. Can someone help me out?
