Hello all,
I ran a Control4 system in my home with a very long list of lights, shades, doors and bunch of other devices. The Control4 system was connected to Google Home via a "Works with Google Home" integration. Suddenly all of these devices have offline and when I look at the devices they list as Connected through: Control4, but offline.
I thought I disconnect and then reconnect or relink my account but when I go to my "Works with Google" list Control4 is nowhere to be found.
So I am stuck with about two hundred orphaned devices which I can't relink let alone remove (as I can't unlink a service I can't found),
Does anyone know what happened to the integration here? Will control4 reappear? Until then what is the process one can go through to unlink a disconnected ghost integration?
Thanks,

Hi @BAHancock,
Thanks for reaching out to the community! I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing some issues with your Control4 devices and the Google Home app. It sounds like they are offline, and you're unable to remove the service from the app. Thanks for letting me know that you've already tried some workarounds! I'd be happy to help you with this.
Before we can move forward, could you share a few details:
Once you have that information, I'll be more than happy to provide assistance. Additionally, in the meantime, you could try using another device, such as a tablet or another phone, to see if the Control4 service is visible there.
Keep me posted!
Best regards,
Debora
