Hi, last few days my commands to control my philips hue lights no longer work. I get a verbal reply that my lights are offline, and they appear as offline on the app.
Tried rebooting my speakers but they do not respond by the app, so o manually unplug then plug back in.
Tried relinking Philips hue, using the app, and Google voice to synch devices.
Even upgraded my Philips hue bridge to the pro hardware version, but still the same issue.
Both google and Philips hue devices are on the same network. Fully updated firmware.
Philips lights and it's own app works as expected.
I believe it's the link or integration with Google that is the issue.
Has anyone encountered this? I appreciate any suggestion. It was working for the last few years.
Thanks!

Hi @mohkong,
Thanks for contacting this community! I understand that for the past few days, your commands to control your Philips Hue lights no longer work because you only receive a verbal reply stating your lights are offline in the Google Home app. I can see you have already done extensive troubleshooting, which is great, including upgrading the Bridge hardware and confirming that the lights work perfectly in the native Philips Hue app. Since the native app works, don't worry—I'm here to help you!
To determine if this is an issue within the Google Home app, could you please confirm if you have tried these specific steps?
Create a "New Home": In the Google Home app, try creating a new "Home" structure (you can name it "Test") and attempt to set up the lights there. This helps us see if your main "Home" profile has a glitch.
Clear App Cache: Have you cleared the cache (in your phone settings) for both the Google Home app and the Philips Hue app?
Use a Different Device: Have you tried the setup process using a completely different phone or tablet?
If you haven't tried these yet, please give them a shot and let me know the results.
Best regards,
Eduardo
