Phillips hue bulbs not connecting since home app latest update -follow up

Hi i am writing because after trying all the steps suggested in this thread I started : https://www.google.com/search?q=Phillips+hue+bulbs+not+connecting+since+home+app+latest+update&rlz=1...

 

And many more I found online I still can connect Philips hue lights to Google home app. They worked just fine before the latest update. They work if I use the hue app, I really can’t find a reason why this is happening. Please help

Thanks for reaching out. I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should. Try the steps below in order and let us know the result by updating this thread:

 

  1. Reboot Google Home.
  2. Reboot the WiFi router.
  3. Reboot the Philips Hue Bridge.
  4. Once everything is back on the network, try the following voice command: "Turn on <light name>."
