Power issue? Or connection issue?

I removed working powered door bell and moved it to another house. After hardwire install only the large blue ring lights up with no small blue or yellow power indicators come on. If i press the blue ring the door bell chimes. It will not connect thru Google Home or Nest app. I have done a factory reset but still no power indicators lights come on. During reset no lights flashed per instructions. Hmmm any idea?

Hello Lakepilot,

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community and for sharing with us the troubleshooting steps you've done. If your Nest Doorbell needs to be connected to a different Wi-Fi network, it needs to be removed from your Nest app or Google Home app and reset it to the factory default. Remember that after the reset, all of your recorded events will get removed as well. The reset steps depend on the type of Nest Doorbell you have. Let us know how it goes.
