Power loss to indoor camera iq

My google nest indoor iq camera just stopped working. the adaptor snd lead are both fine. ive tried another appliance and that powers up.

it must be the camera. i can not believe it. 

can anyone suggest anything?

ive unplugged and plugged back in.

• Are you using the USB cable and adapter that were shipped with the camera?
• Is the end of the cable with the rubber ring plugged into the camera?
