Power view Shades

How can I get my Nest Thermostat to begin talking to my Hunter Douglas Power view Shades again. They use to integrate nicely so that when our Nest Thermostat was set to away no power view scenes would run. For some reason it is no longer working?

Suggestions on how to get them linked back up.
