Problem for music

Hi there! 

I have a big question? 

Why I can't select any music provider? 

When I go to my music settings i have the message.  

No default provider. use the preferences of other accounts on shared devices. 

 

I don t any other devices or accounts. 

What do you say?

I know how it feels when you're having issues with the Google Home app — I'd love to help. A few questions: what country are you located in? How many accounts are linked on the Google Home app?

 

Please note that country availability is dependent on the music provider. If your preferred music provider isn't available. Contact the music provider to check their availability where you live, or explore all the music partners available on the Google Assistant.

thanks for your reply. 
I am from Romania and now I have only one account connected to my nest. I still have the same problem.
the 1st 2 months were working well - youtube was the 1st choice and the 2nd music player was Spotify. 
After I add an account ( wife) the problems appear.  after I see that my nest answer me that can t play music anymore - restart the device and from there I have that error that I can add any music player. ( when I install I have the opinion but after I finish the process the player disappears ) 
The seller asks my to change the language from my google account ( I have done it and now Spotyfi is On 🙂  but Youtube still don t appear)  
 
This is my status for the moment.

Thank you for coming back to us. What language is set on your speaker and the Google Home app? Have you attempted to switch it to EN_US?

No I haven t change the language in google Home app , there is US .  

I have change the language just in my google account.  

What you say, to try to change in Google Home App and and google account also - from US tu En?
