Problem with Google Home communicating with Hunter Douglas Powerview shades

Having a recurrent problem using voice commands through Google to control my Powerview shades.  Stopped working 2 days ago.

When I give a voice command to Google through my Google Max Hub I get "I'm sorry.  I couldn't reach PowerView scenes".  Tried unlinking and relinking PowerView Scenes to Google Home app, rebooted the Google Home Max display, rebooted PowerView Hub, rebooted my Xfinity gateway.  Can control the shades through the PowerView app fine so the app and the PowerView hub seem not to be the issue.  It is just the integration between Google and Powerview that is amiss.

Been down this road before and not sure how I managed to fix the issue, but everything I've tried so far doesn't work.

Been in contact with tech support from both Google and Hunter Douglas to no avail.  Last time this happened I believe there was a glitch on the Hunter Douglas side of the integration but they so far have not advised or a recurrance of this issue.

Any suggestions appreciated.  Thanks.

For whatever reason the issue seemed to resolve itself.  I did delete and reinstall the Google Home app on my iPhone but after doing so the shades would still not repond to voice commands.  However, several hours later I tried voice commanding them again and they responded.

I had contacted both Hunter Douglas and Google for assistance to fix this issue so I don't know if either made some alteration that brought the voice commands back to life or something other than that rectified the problem.

Would love to know how the issue was fixed so I have an idea how to pursue a remedy in the future if and when this occurs again.

Again any insight is much apprecited.

Still a mystery.  Last week my shades again failed to respond to Google voice commands.  Again the Powerview app controlled the shades perfectly.  I went through various effort to resolve the issue including rebooting my Xfinity gateway, the Powerview Hub (both wirelessly and wired), deleted and reinstalled the Google Home app and unlinked and relinked the Powerview app to Google Home.  Could not get the shades to respond to Google voice commands.

Called both Hunter Douglas and Google.  As is usually the case each placed the blame on the other company.  Hunter Douglas did say that there may be a change in Google Home which required that I set up Automations in the Google Home app.  They sent instructions as to how to do that but when I followed the instructions I ran into a problem where the page on my iPhone did not have the next step available.

Today I tried voice commands again and they worked.  I don't think anything I did at my end rectified the issue.  Probably something either with Hunter Douglas or Google.  Any ideas?

I’m experiencing the same issues, I’ve tried resetting the powerView app, the PowerView hub and unlinking and linking to Google. I’m hoping it’s just an update on either app that will resolve itself, but it is rather annoying. I must say!
