Product recalls?

normanfongwong

Having problems with cameras and doorbells so im starting this thread to get some accountibility from google. Condensation issue on cameras and peeling on doorbells. these defects seem to be far too widespread to not have any recourse and at a minimum, for google to issue a statement on known defects. please add your product(s) to this thread if youre experiencing or have experienced the same.

Hi there,

Just checking in to see how the conversation is going, and I wanted to check to see if you have filled out the support form we sent previously? Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns. We'll leave this thread open for a little longer for follow-up questions and concerns.

Best regards,

Brad

I spoke to a rep before posting this and already knew a replacement is not an option. I just wanted others in this community to be aware of Google's lack of regard for 1.0 products. No support or recourse after they release notably defective products. I'm not trying to be a pain, as I own and use several other google products but want others in the community to know that they should probably wait for second and third generation releases before committing to an entire google suite of items
