I have alot of Google home speakers (21) and based in different buildings. I know I can ask them to play music as I walk in. But I also have smartthings all over the property, so when I open doors the lights come on etc.
What I want to do is have a push button automation when I walk in and push the button that will start certain speakers playing music that I pick ( Sirius XM). I have people in my family that can't talk to Google because of their accent.
I don't know if I can link home to a button on smartthings or if I get a matter switch and set it to home.
Any ideas?

This goes back to the issue of lacking support for using physical buttons as starters/triggers for events. There are some workarounds (use the button to turn on/off a light or similar, and let that event trigger the automation you want.) it's not great, and requires you to setup the button-press-action in a different system that supports this. I hope Google will support physical button triggers directly in the Home ecosystem soon! At least in the script editor.
