I have a Gen 2 Ring doorbell with a solid yellow light. I've connected, disconnected, reset and factory reset the unit. Bought it new but gave up after spending WAY to much time working with it. I'm now reopening this wound and need help? Please advise.

That's strange, since a solid yellow status light is supposed to mean a factory reset has begun:
