I want to play a specific video from a channel daily as per the specific day. It plays the previous day inspite of me saying Latest. Any ideas

Thanks for posting — let's get this sorted out. A few questions: what is the title of this video? Are you getting the latest video if you asked it from a different channel? If you verbally asked Google assistant to play the said video, is it showing you the latest one?
