Routine not going through all actions

I've attempted to set up a simple routine in my son's room to get him up and about in the morning. Triggered by a specific time I opted to have the time read out followed by weather information, however it stops after the time and no further action is taken.
Is this something I'm doing wrong or is this a glitch?

It is a known issue for the past few days. Seems Google is "aware" and currently "working" on it.
