Routine with open or closed door trigger

Good morning, The door opening and closing trigger with the Smart life application is well recognized by Google home, whether open or closed, but the routine, if the trigger is open or closed with broadcasting an announcement on the speaker, only works once. The following ones no longer have the voice broadcast of the programmed announcement.

hello, i reset everything. same problem, the routine works 1 time, but not the following ones. if i re-save the routine it works again 1 time, but still not the following ones. thanks.

I appreciate your efforts to fix the routine. I understand how frustrating it must be that this hasn't been resolved. But no worries,  so let’s explore more options.

 

  • Factory reset the speaker or display.
  • Find Routine started events. The entry should include the time the Routine ran, the name of the Routine, and what caused the Routine to start.
  • Make sure the mobile device is connected to the same WiFi or linked to the same account as the speaker or display.

Hello Gabriela,
I did everything you asked me to do.
Always the same thing, the routine works only once with the recorded voice announcement "door open", with the triggering of the door opening sensor. the following ones no longer work. I have to re-register this routine for it to work, but always only once. I ask in the settings for when to trigger. I think that Google home does not react well to door opening and closing sensors on the market.
